Go Motorsport Schools Programme - FREE school visits

Go Motorsport has been set up by the Motor Sports Association, the sport’s official UK governing body, to highlight opportunities available to young people in this exciting field. Ranging from how to get involved in motorsports through to career advice the website is a one pitstop look at the industry.

As part of the Go Motorsport programme Regional Development Officers have been appointed from within the industry to work with schools to promote the sport itself and to offer advice on how to get involved. These specially trained Officers will visit your school, free of charge, to deliver a presentation or an assembly which can then be followed up with smaller group activities. All students taking part are provided with a goodie bag which includes a voucher entitling them to a taster karting session for only £5. Being based at Silverstone, our regional officer can also organise visits and tours of the track and the museum.

So, if you are thinking of launching a technology club or maybe taking part in the F1 in schools competition, what better way to lunch your club at the start of the new term!
