The Great Plant Hunt continues
Following on from Darwin Year, Kew Gardens are keen to ensure that the Great Plant Hunt resource received by all primary schools last year becomes a sustainable resource. The website continues to be updated with links to 2010 year of Biodiversity and Foundation stage activities being available from May.
The range of teaching materials in the Great Plant Hunt are designed to develop children’s understanding of the natural world and help inspire a new generation of botanists, conservationists and plant scientists.
