Collaborative Learning in Science and Design & Technology using Smart Materials

A Science Learning Centre course showing how Smart Materials can be used to encourage collaborative learning in science and DT is planned for Wednesday 23rd June at Faringdon Community College, which is just off the A420 between Oxford and Swindon

This course is for KS3 Science and DT teachers who are encouraged to attend together to get maximum benefit from the course. An Impact Award of £200 per teacher is available maintained schools.

Each school attending will be given a Smart Materials Kit stored in a ‘James Bond’ style Attaché case worth over £100! The case contains a wide selection of Smart Materials for use in your school Science and DT departments.
