Datalogging

Schools get 8 dataloggers which can record light, sound and temperature levels. These durable, easy to use dataloggers also come with 8 laptops which have the software pre-installed, and full instructions. This kit will require a deposit.

Marble Mazes

Pupils use the kit provided to make a route for a marble to travel as slowly as possible without stopping. Kit includes boards, marbles and timers.

Control Technology

From September 2009, deposite required. Control K’Nex with motors, lights and buzzers using computer software. Kit includes K’Nex and accessories, eight laptops with software installed and full instructions.

K’Nex

This popular construction kit can be used for a wide variety of design and build projects including bridges, cranes, rubber band buggies and fair ground rides.

Tower Building

This kit includes hole punches, nuts, bolts, masking tape and split sticks. These can be used to build amazing rigid tubular structures with sheets of A4 paper (not provided). Structures can include towers bridges, domes and display stands.

Maths Puzzles

From September 2009. We have a number of interactive maths puzzles and games including Nim, Soma Cubes and a variety of shape and symmetry activities.
